3.1 Live Animals (Worms & Cocoons)

All live organisms sold by Longworm.co.uk — including Red Wigglers (Eisenia fetida), Tiger Worms, composting worms, or worm cocoons — are supplied strictly for:

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, quantities, and photographs are accurate. Natural variations in size, colour, or activity of live worms are normal and should be expected.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or amend the order after contacting the customer.


5. Order Processing & Dispatch

5.1 Dispatch Times

Orders are packed on Sundays and dispatched on Monday morning to ensure the shortest possible transit time and to minimise stress on live organisms, which directly affects their health and condition.

The weekly order window closes on Saturday at 10:00 PM.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM on Saturday will be packed on Sunday and dispatched on Monday morning.

Orders placed after 10:00 PM on Saturday will be included in the next week’s dispatch cycle and shipped the following Monday.
This schedule ensures that live worms experience minimal handling time and avoids weekend delays that could negatively impact their wellbeing.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
